About Creating Aire

As a young mum in a foreign country, lacking a social group or support network, I had to be tough and independent. I gave everything I had to give to my children, husband, and home. My joy wasn't replenished. I had to stop sacrificing myself and create space to breathe, recharge, and regain guilt free joy.

Creating Aire began with a simple idea: giving myself permission to take a breather, be in a creative space, heal, and strengthen my soul. 

Now I'm not only breathing a bit easier, but working towards living my dreams.
